Practicing yoga, even if you only have 15minutes to spare, still has great benefits to the mind and body. Even 15minutes helps aide flexibility, lubricate joints and release tension from your body and mind.
15 minute practice suggestions:
1minute relax (savasana)
3minutes sun salutations (2-3 rounds)
1minute shoulder stand
1minute half forward bend left leg
1minute half forward bend right leg
1mintue full forward bend
2-3minutes relax (savasana)
Sun salutations (2-3 rounds)
*beginner variation with feet on a wall
Half forward bend on each side
Relax at least 2minutes
