Yoga with your baby is a flexible class that focuses on strengthening the parent child bond when your baby is awake and allowing mum or dad to stretch, strengthen & relax.
Involves yoga postures with or without baby. More focus is on the parent practicing yoga, while interacting with their baby. It is a way that you can continue to look after yourself, even when baby is awake.
Suitable for babies 2 months and up.
Mums must have medical clearance to participate in an exercise program ( at least 8 weeks postpartum)
